Im sure you have heard about Arbonne 30 day healthy living challenge if you guys are reading this. So either you guys are doing the detox. or your looking into doing the detox either way I’m here to give you all the information you need to be successful. Here’s a little back story for you guys. After I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl Oakley. I was having trouble losing my pregnancy weight I put on. I gained about 50 pounds during my pregnancy because my husband and I went through a lot during that time and food was the only thing that made me happy it felt like. I was not making great food decisions at all, and the cravings didn’t help either.
I’m still working on losing the weight it’s been about 3 months and I have lost 25 pounds and I still have like 25 more to go before I’m back down to pre pregnancy weight. I’m not happy with the way I look right now and we’re suppose to be going on vacation in a month from now. I’ve debating on different nutrition and fitness programs but I know that I can be successful at Arbonne so I decided to do the detox again.
I kept putting it off and putting it off because I’m breastfeeding and I figured I would lose weight faster breastfeeding but it’s not coming off as fast as I want.
So I’m ready to detox my body again.
I bet you guys are all wondering what it all entails. Let me break it down for you.
- It’s a lifestyle change not a diet
- Avoid certain foods (especially)
- Gluten
- Diary
- Soy
- Artificial sweeteners and sugar
- Peanut butter peanuts
- None grass fed beef
- Alcohol
- Coffee
- White potatoes

A lot of people don’t wanna do it because it seams to expensive. It’s cheaper if you buy the kit vs. buying everything separate. If you think about it it’s actually saving you money. It’s only $7.40 a day if your a consultant like me or $8.88 if your a preferred client. You go to any restaurant and you spend way more than that on one meal. This is another reason I love Arbonne it saves you money and who doesn’t like to have extra money to spend.
Included in the detox
- Two bags of vegan protein either chocolate or vanilla
- Fiber powder
- Digestive plus
- Detox tea
- 7 day cleanse
- Fizz sticks
Typical day on detox
Wake up: Detox Tea
Breakfast: Vanilla or Chocolate shake two scoops of powder, one scoop of fiber, and one packet of digestive plus.
Snack: Fizz sick or Arbonne healthy snack (sometimes I did both)
Lunch: Vanilla or Chocolate shake two scoops of powder
Snack: Fizz stick or Arbonne healthy living snack (sometimes I did both)
Dinner: Fist size of lean protein, half plate none starchy vegetables, 1/6 of carbs and 1/12 healthy fats
I bet you guys are wondering what fizz sticks are honestly they are my favorite thing To have throughout the day. It’s got natural energy, it helps balance your blood sugar, improves your happiness, increases endurance, makes your alert, alkaline your body, and it’s got no artificial sweeteners or colors.
